We manufacture your system upon request ready for assembly and sale. We complete our components into units according to particular customer requirements. Our extensive range of production comprises among other things simple assembly work up to sophisticated welding units. A qualified network of selected cooperation partners and suppliers enable us to also deliver complex units. Inspections and performance tests are accomplished and documented according to your individual requests.
Procedure:
Mounting, bonding, welding, minting, grouting, bending, screwing, drilling, riveting.
Heat treatment:
All prevalent procedures:
Hardening and tempering, case-induction- nitrogen hardening. Other procedures upon request.
Surfaces:
Electrolytically galvanised, zinc flake coating i.e. Geomet® 321/500, anodizing, phosphatizing, nitrocarborizing, Tenifer® treatment. Other surfaces upon request.
